Ukraine’s recently opened NFT museum, ‘Meta History: Museum of War’ has just initiated its first NFT sale.

The collection on sale is comprised of an increasing number of NFTs which each relate to the war it is currently facing with Russia. Each asset is an actual news piece from an official source, accompanied by illustrations from both Ukrainian and international artists.

They are each being sold for 0.15 ETH ($511), with the revenue being used to the support the country’s army and in-need civilians.

According to the country’s Ministry of Digital Transformation, the NFTs, which are being stored on the auction’s website in chronological order, are serving as tools to "preserve the memory of the real events of that time, to spread truthful information among the digital community in the world, and to collect donations for the support of Ukraine”.
